1980 mustang ignition wire

I found a very hot wire,It is coming from my ignition,when i trun the key to start the car it dont start,so i started to put the steering column apart to look at the wiring,The Red wire with green stripe is the one getting hot,The car will start from the solenoid and the wire inside the car will still be hot....
