to be honest i like both fuel injections stable and will be easy to tune to the enviroment if set up correctly..i like carb because it brings power easy but a little harder to get it adjusted to the climate and enviroment...either way they both have a possiblity of bringing good power.
once you get on top of how to go about tuning the system you happen to be runinng you can adjust very precisely , lean at 5400 and 80% cylinder airmass but rich at 5800 and 90% cylinder airmass ?
too little timing at 3850 but too much at 4000 ?
adjust them all - tuning to match the conditions in milliseconds along with full datalogging capability so you can see exactly what is going on and where to make adjustments
not knocking carbs at all I know most on here run them and people have made great hp with them forever but they are pretty hard to get dialed in well enough to run 12's and get 30 mpg and fire up and run well whether -30* or 105* like EFI can do

Well said Daniel son............Mr. Miyagi would be proud.

Being into hot rods since the early 70s Im much more at home working on carbs. However I have watched a good EFI tuner(Mike Dez) work wonders horsepower & Driveability wise with a laptop & a chassis dyno . Not having to crack open your carb & pour gas all over everytime you want to jet up or down is a plus also.
