like i said 1500 or best offer. id take like 1200 for it, the drivetrain alone is worth about 1000 i just dont have the heart to scrap it. also willin to hear someone shoot me a offer who knows if its not insulting id most likely take it.

3gearsengine is a chevy 350 out of an 88 k5 balzer. switched from fuel injected to carb. has flowtech headers, brand new plugs, wires, distributor (whole). has approx 88k on it. transmission is a th 350, the only info that i was able to get from the guy is it has approx 65-68k miles on it. who knows if thats true or not? again dont know too much about the rear end except its a 3:73 posi. as far as i know not original to car, because when i ran the vin, it was originally a 6 cyl car. believe me i appriciate any help with with anything. my only problem is time is a huge issue. may have a place to to put it, but in case it falls through i dont want to scrap it. and i dont want to rip it apart and find out i can keep it

I linked this ad to a guy on another forum looking for a g body recently - here:

 http://www.nepontiac.org/phpbb3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10325

a thought I am having seeing your additional drivetrain info is if it is a g body that has had a 3.73 rear end swapped into it that came from another g body and it happens to be all original internals it should be either a monte ss 7.5" posi which is worth maybe $250 or its out of a 442 which a lot of g body 442's had 8.5 " 373 posi's in them , if its an 8.5/373/posi its worth north of 500 and maybe even $750 to the right person so you may want to do a little research and take a close look - if it is an 8.5 and you advertise that fact it should move quickly , heck I will have to scratch my head and see if I have interest at that point.....would surely have jumped on it for the rear for my camino if I hadnt just sold it....
